Craig Parke began with Jim's Mowing in March 1995. He soon began doing an increasing amount of tree work, and after looking at opposition companies he decided to approach Jim with the idea of a Trees division.

Craig has been involved as a franchisee, a Regional franchisor, Divisional Franchisor and as an employee at the Jim's Head office, where he was instrumental in the launching of a number of other divisions.

Aside from Trees, Craig has been involved in other Jim's divisions such as Paving, Mowing and Skip Bins.

Craig has been a long standing and current member of the elected advisory committee.

The current Regional Franchisor for Sydney, Newcastle, ACT, Tasmania and New Zealand, he is selling those regions in order to focus on the newly launched skip bin business.

He is also the Divisional Franchisor for the Tree division in Canada, where he hopes to expand and develop into the U.S.

Craig has a number of franchise's available throughout his regions and is currently offering the newly developed corporate franchise model. This model encouranges franchisees to grow a larger business, and to ultimately project manage the work, rather than be hands on 100% of the time.

In a recent survey, 90% of Craig's franchisees agreed in a confidential survey that

(1) The business had lived up to the promise &

(2) They were optomistic about the future of their business.
