Pruning
Jims Trees Franchisees are trained in target pruning of Trees. Incorrect pruning or “Lopping” can result in damage to the tree, sometimes requiring the tree to be later removed. Trees can be an asset to your property, so proper pruning can enhance the value of the tree and your property. Jims Trees Franchisees are aware of how much to prune off a tree, and target pruning to stem bark or branch bark ridges. |

Stump Grinding
Rather than leave the stump sticking out of the ground, Jims Trees are able to grind it out. Removing the stump can make room for new fence posts, sheds, lawns or other plants. |
Tree Removal
Regardless of size, shape or position, Jims Trees are able to remove it. Franchisees are trained in climbing, elevated work platforms (cherry pickers & travel towers) and working in an electrical environment such as surrounding power lines. Prior to removal, consider the reasons why you are removing the Tree, if it is for more light or for root invasive problems, there may be another solution. |

Mulching
Once the branches are removed, they can be taken to the local green centre by the Franchisee or mulched on site. Adding mulch to the garden helps reduce water consumption. |
